When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide during onboarding (company name, role, etc.). When you use Tempo, we collect data about your leads, contacts, outreach activity, and pipeline that you import or create within the platform.
We also collect standard usage data: browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and feature usage patterns to improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Tempo service
- To personalize your experience (queue generation, pipeline analysis)
- To send transactional emails (login links, account updates)
- To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns
- To respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information or lead data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers hosted by our infrastructure providers (Supabase, cloud hosting). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate Tempo, including hosting providers, email delivery services, and analytics tools. These providers have access only to the data necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect it.
5. Your Rights
- Access: You can request a copy of your data at any time.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Export: You can export your leads and activity data from within the app.
- Correction: You can update your information through your account settings.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
