1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tempo Sales ("Tempo," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tempo is a sales execution platform that helps users manage leads, plan outreach, track pipeline activity, and coordinate follow-ups. Features vary by plan (Free, Pro, Team).

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share accounts or allow unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Tempo to send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Violate any applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or equivalent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you import or create in Tempo (leads, contacts, templates, activity logs). We do not claim ownership of your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Availability & Liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Tempo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
